EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of supervisory experience;
Ability to train, motivate and supervise personnel in a fair and consistent manner;
Ability to recognize problem situations and take appropriate resolution steps;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills;
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
