Supervising, motivating and training production personnel;
Ensuring safety, quality and good manufacturing practices;
Recognizing and taking steps to resolve operating problems;

Keeping accurate and up-to-date records;
Encouraging input and suggestions from production personnel to improve production, quality, safety, cost controls, etc.;
Informing the Production Manager of operating or personnel problems.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.

3+ years of supervisory experience;
Ability to train, motivate and supervise personnel in a fair and consistent manner;
Ability to recognize problem situations and take appropriate resolution steps;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills;
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
