REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of experience in a food processing environment;
Experience supervising, training and motivating department personnel;
Experience coordinating and supervising all department functions, recognizing problem situations, and taking appropriate steps to resolve;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing and able to work 2nd shift.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
