The Patient Scheduling Associate will be responsible for continuum of care for patients beginning at scheduling of appointments and then following through claims and management.
Duties will include coordinating with billing and financial counselors for collection, and providing positive communication and services explanation to patients to improve patient experience.
Skills and
Experience:

New hires must be hired for a regular, non-casual position to be eligible for bonus.
New hires must not drop status for two years after hire for referring employee to get the full bonus.
